On the 15th of February 2017 Inntel Hotels signed an agreement with Oostenburg SGN for a parcel on Oostenburg in Amsterdam. Here they will develop Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Landmark a 4* hotel with around 300 rooms some with private sauna and/or whirlpool. On the grounf floor there will be a special restaurant to cater to guests and locals. The first and second floor will have meeting rooms and wellness facilities with a swimming pool.
The design of the building refers to the rich industrial past of the location and will be a landmark for the area. This makes Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Landmark a fitting name for the hotel. The plan is to start building in the beginning of 2018 and to open the hotel in the spring of 2021. The Managing Director of Inntel Hotels, Karin Geurts, is proud of the realisation of this hotel which will be the hotel groups second hotel in the centre of Amsterdam.
Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Landmark is a coöperation between Inntel Hotels and Introvast. When completed it will be the groups eight hotel and the second hotel in the centre of Amsterdam. Oostenburg SGN is an affiliate of Stichting Stadgenoot. In 2008 Stadgenoot bought the development location Oostenburg from building company Heijmans. At that time Stadgenoot took over the obligation to offer the parcel to Introvast for the development of a hotel.
Inntel Hotels is a fast growing company. The opened 4* hotel Inntel Hotels Utrecht Centre on the 14th of January 2019 and will open another hotel in 2021 called Inntel Hotels Den Haag Marina Beach.
