Recently, Hoog Catharijne is renovated into a modern and shiny shopping centre. This beautiful mall is therefore considered the best place to shop in Utrecht. Various well-known fashion chains and small boutiques can be found here; chains such as Balr, Cotton Club, G-star, Guess, H&M home, and Lush. This indoor centre has 120 shops and is ideal for all weather conditions. Hoog Catharijne is ideally located next to Utrecht Central Station. This shopping centre can be recognised by its iconic bulb roof.
Vredenburg
Located just next to Hoog Catherijne is the street Vredenburg with outlets from Tommy Hilfigers and Levi’s, and sportswear shops such as Snipes. Oudegracht

Oudkerkhof is Utrechts own Rodeo Drive of Champs ElyseeThe chicest shops can be found on this street, all within the character of the Oudkerkhof. Walk into the stores of Pauw, Scotch & Soda, Suitsupply, Riviera Maison, and McGregor. Smaller shops like Margaret Wines and Oeben’s Mercantile have also found their place here.
Twijnstraat
Walking down Oudegracht, leads you to the Twijnstraat. This cosy and busy street is home to several restaurants and bars. There are mainly clothing boutiques and home furnishing shops on this street. Besides the cute boutique shops, you can also buy delicious wines and special beers here. Twijnstraat has many speciality shops, such as cheese shop De Kazerij, beer boutique De Bierverteller, pet shop Hebbes and It all starts with a postcard that specialises in cards.
